International delivery
At Global Feather, we deliver all over the world.

When you finalise your purchase, enter the country to which you require delivery. International delivery charges can then be calculated.

International delivery services:

Courier (2-4 days)
Airmail (7-10 days)
Economy (10-14 days).

Please remember that international orders weighing more than 20kg can only be delivered by courier.

International delivery costs are outlined in the tables below. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of delivery must be paid by the purchaser upon receipt of goods.

Insurance
dstore recommends all international purchases are insured. Insurance costs AU$3.00 per order, plus AU$2.00 per AU$100.00 of value. Insurance costs will be confirmed with you before your order is processed.

Returns
Should you wish to return a purchase you've made from Global Feather, please contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience. We will refund the purchase price provided you haven't damaged the products.
