Delivery
Information
You'll
find that our prices are below retail - even after you allow for delivery. This
is because we are the manufacturer of the product and are able to offer you
saving on our products because we directly sell to you bypassing retailers and
wholesalers.

We
offer a fast courier service from Australian Air Express, and inexpensive parcel
post from Australia Post. We also offer international
delivery.

Australian
delivery
You
can choose one of three delivery methods, depending on your budget and the
urgency with which you need your purchase delivered. You can have your goods
delivered within:

working day with the express courier service (Australian Air
Express) |

working days with the basic courier service (Australian Air Express) |

working days with the standard delivery service (Australia Post) |
These
delivery times apply to most Australian cities and regional centres.

When will it
arrive?
When
you choose a delivery method (Step 4 of the checkout), you will see an estimate
of the arrival date. This estimate takes into account whether each item is in
stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends. For example, if you
order a pillow which is in stock on a Tuesday, and you want it sent by standard
courier to an Australian address, it will take:

+ 0(in stock) + 0(no weekends) + 0(before 3pm) = 2 days (Thursday).

Due
to shipping deadlines, orders received after 3:00pm cannot be sent until the
following business day.

You
can also choose to have delayed delivery, so the package arrives on a specific
date, such as Christmas Eve, or a birthday.

Product
availability and its effect on shipping
We
have our own warehoused inventory of products. This allows us to provide our
customers with a timely and convenient delivery service.

If
a product is shown as being in stock, it is in our warehouse and ready for
immediate delivery. If a product is shown as being out of stock, we have
estimated how long it will take us to get hold of it. You can still purchase the
product, but delivery will be delayed by that length of time.


Time of arrival
Courier
services generally deliver to most Australian cities and regional centres before
10:30 am to business addresses, and between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm for
residential addresses.

Face-to-face
delivery to our customers is always our preferred option, so we suggest that you
specify a delivery address where you are confident that you will be present or
where someone can accept the delivery on your behalf (e.g. at work).

If
you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave you a card stating
that your order is available for pick-up from the local post office.

Standard
deliveries will arrive with the usual Australia Post mail service in your area.

All
deliveries can be made to post office boxes if requested.

How much will it
cost?
We
will automatically calculate the delivery charges for your order. The
information below tells you how it works. The freight charge is based on the
weight of your order. Extra weight are charged at the rates shown.
